FAMILY LIFE,
IN ORDER.
Balbino
OS.
I designed and developed a private web application that organizes family properties, bookings and shared items with invite-only access.
Our space.
Who uses what and when.
Booked periods appear in the calendar; conflicts are blocked.
Available to the family.
Sharing needs clarity.
When properties and assets are used by several people, availability, usage periods and responsibilities need to be visible. The challenge was to bring that coordination into one simple, protected space for the family.
One place to
coordinate it all.
Invite-only access
Registration is restricted to valid invitations, with member and administrator roles.
Properties
Shared properties can be registered and viewed with capacity and availability.
Booking calendar
A calendar coordinates usage periods and prevents overlapping bookings.
Shared items
Family assets can be viewed and booked with availability and upcoming use.
Consolidated view
The dashboard brings together upcoming activity, shortcuts and asset status.
Administration
Dedicated areas manage invitations, properties, items and bookings.
The experience is visible.
The data is not.
Balbino OS is a private application. This demonstration uses generic text and illustrative data, with no real family names, properties, bookings, credentials or information.
